Alexander Street Community

The Alexander Street Community consists of low-barrier permanent housing as well as clinically supported transitional housing for individuals with physical and mental health issues and substance dependencies.

Beacon Hotel

The Beacon is a single room occupancy building for individuals living with concurrent disorders. Residents have access to a clinical team, nurses and social workers to address their well-being.

Douglas Street Community

The Douglas Street Community provides low-barrier housing with a wide range of supports. This location also includes a shelter and a residential recovery program.

Enhanced Living Support (ELS)

Developed and owned by Sanford Housing Society, Enhanced Living Support provides independent supportive housing units to people with concurrent physical and mental health issues and substance dependencies.

Hugh Bird Residence

Hugh Bird Residence provides housing for residents who need fewer supports.

Integrated Housing Team

The PHS Integrated Housing Team is an outreach team that operates 365 days a year supporting residents that live in both PHS and Atira Property Management buildings in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.

Irving Hotel

Hotel Irving, formerly known as the Sunrise Hotel, is home to a variety of people with concurrent physical and mental health issues and substance dependencies.

Johnson Street Community

Johnson Street Community was the first PHS supportive housing operation to open in Victoria, created as a direct response to homelessness.

Maple Hotel

The Maple provides supported social housing for a diverse group of Downtown Eastside residents.

Molson Hotel

Built in 1911 and originally home to a branch of Molson’s Bank, this Edwardian office block was the Roosevelt Hotel for a time before being renamed to reflect the area’s heritage.
