St. Helen’s Hotel

St. Helen’s provides low-barrier housing with round-the-clock supports. Mental Health Workers on-site 24/7, Home Support staff assist with suite cleanliness and life skills, and the PHS Food Program provides two meals a day.

Smith-Yuen Apartments

The Smith-Yuen Apartments is purpose-built social housing for senior citizens living with mental health issues.

The Soleil

The Soleil is a supportive housing location that provides round-the-clock mental health support, home support, life skills and nutritious meals twice daily.

The Stanley

An old Downtown Eastside hotel has been reconfigured and rebuilt to serve the entire community.

Station Street Community

This facility provides supportive transitional housing to new families and youth, including 10 wheelchair-accessible units.

Tellier Tower

Tellier Tower is a rent-geared-to-income building, with services to support those residents with mental health, addiction and chronic disease issues.

Unity Housing

Unity is actually five houses around Vancouver. It’s a unique project where people who have faced challenges obtaining stable housing can live and work together in a spirit of cooperation.

Woodwards Community Housing

Located in the historic Woodwards development, this groundbreaking project integrates 125 units of low-income housing with market-rate condominiums, retail outlets and subsidized family units.
