Low-barrier supportive housing, healthcare and harm reduction save lives
Built 1911, this Chicago-style office building was for a time Vancouver City Hall (1924-36). After a makeover, which incorporated many original architectural details, the building was turned into apartments and named after trade unionist Gerald Tellier. It now provides independent living for long-term residents.
Tellier Tower is a rent-geared-to-income building, with services to support those residents with mental health, addiction and chronic disease issues. There is a primary care clinic within the building.
