The 82 units at St. Helen’s Hotel provide low-barrier housing with round-the-clock supports.
St. Helen’s has Mental Health Workers on-site 24/7, Home Support staff who assist with suite cleanliness and life skills, and two meals a day provided by the PHS Food Program.
The five-storey building was constructed in 1911 and renovated between 2008 and 2009 by BC Housing. The renovations included structural upgrades, heritage restoration and created new common area spaces for residents.
PHS began operating St. Helen’s Hotel in September 2025.
