Supportive housing
The Soleil is a supportive housing location that provides round-the-clock mental health support, home support, life skills and twice-daily meals.
The property was purchased by the Province in June 2020 as part of its pandemic response to homelessness, allowing us to transfer long-term guests from PHS-operated shelters into the units.
