Supportive housing
Named after our first establishment, the Portland Hotel brings stability into the lives of individuals who were at one time considered to be some of the city’s most challenging and hard-to-house individuals. Many residents live with concurrent physical and mental health issues, substance dependencies and other challenges.
The Portland offers comprehensive support with PHS mental health workers, a food program, harm reduction services and supplies, home support, medication management, HIV outreach, and an embedded primary care clinic.
