Supportive housing
Dovetail Annex is a modular housing development with 24/7 supports. It’s a one-story, 6,458 square-foot building directly adjacent to our pre-existing modular housing at Margaret Mitchell Place. Hence the name Dovetail.
It features private rooms and a shared washroom, laundry and kitchen spaces. The 29 residents receive daily meals, harm reduction and healthcare, cultural programming and referrals to mental health, primary care and other community-based supports depending on their requirements.
Dovetail Annex was made possible through partnership with the City of Vancouver, the Province, BC Housing and Vancouver Coastal Health.
