Chartrand Place is a modular housing building, offering mental health support 24-hours a day, seven days a week, with home support workers available weekdays.

Dovetail Annex

Dovetail Annex is a modular housing development with 24/7 supports. It’s a one-story, 6,458 square-foot building directly adjacent to our pre-existing modular housing at Margaret Mitchell Place.

Hummingbird Place is a modular housing unit of self-contained dwellings with private bathrooms and kitchens, with an on-site integrated sustainable agriculture project in partnership with Sole Food Farms.

Margaret Mitchell Place

This modular housing unit opened in 2018 as part of the BC government’s commitment to build 600 homes to house Metro Vancouver’s street and shelter homeless population.
