Supportive housing

Built in 1911 and originally home to a branch of Molson’s Bank, this Edwardian office block was the Roosevelt Hotel for a time before being renamed to reflect the area’s heritage. The Molson Hotel is now home to a community of individuals who are at risk of homelessness due to health and social barriers.

Tenants are largely individuals living with physical and mental health issues, social stigma, emotional trauma, substance dependence, and other issues. Services include access to PHS mental health workers and a breakfast program.
