PHS Community Services Society is urgently hiring a part-time HR Scheduler (30-hour week) in Vancouver.
Reporting to the HR Manager and Senior Managers of Programs and Housing, the scheduler is responsible for ensuring that all scheduling vacancies are filled by qualified unionized staff, using approved protocols and processes. The scheduler is responsible for ensuring that all supervisory staff (unionized and excluded managers) are aware of all changes to project or program staff schedules, and that the appropriate changes have been made in the HRIS system (Ceridian Dayforce) to ensure correct information is displayed.
As a member of the Human Resources and Coverage Team at PHS, the Scheduler will have access to confidential information regarding employees on a regular basis.

The PHS headquarters is located in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, in easy walking distance of Downtown, Chinatown, Gastown and the Sea Wall. There are good transit links – we’re a couple of blocks from the Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station.
Job duties include (but are not limited to):
Job Type: Excluded, permanent, part-time – 30 hours per week.
Salary: $27 per hour.
Benefits: Extended healthcare, dental, vision care.
Schedule: Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6 am to 4 pm. (Working remotely Saturdays.) Some flexibility may be required.
Note: training schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 am to 2 pm, and Thursday from 6 am to 12 pm.
